Pricechange threshold

• Ticket #29662 - New value (70%) for threshold that defines offers as “not available” after price changes
• Ticket #29921 - BUG: Wrong amount for partly payment was used. Also the message that showed up when the user chose payment with credit card was adapted
• Ticket #29914 - New checkboxes in searchmask for “free cancellation” an “free booking” were added
• Ticket #29726 - Weekdays at flight times are now in the right language
